Pastor Brad grew up on a small farm in south-central Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, an M.Div. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, and a D.Min. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. He has serves as a pastor in the ELCA for nearly 30 years.
Rev. Dr. Bradley Dayett
Pastor Andrew was born in Allentown, PA and attended Muhlenberg College. In 2017, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and religion studies (dual major). Shortly before graduating, Andrew enlisted in the PA Army National Guard where he served from 2016-2024 in the Chaplain Corps and reached the rank of Captain. He graduated United Lutheran Seminary with his Master’s of Divinity in 2021 and began parish ministry in Newville, PA in 2020. In October of 2021, he was called to Advent Lutheran Church to serve as the Associate Pastor. He began his ministry at Advent in November of that same year. He was elected Secretary of the York Conference in June 2024 and subsequently was elected Dean when a vacancy in the position occurred in 2025. In November of 2024, Andrew married his wife, Alexa. Andrew believes in the radical grace and mercy of God. It his hope and belief that the church is the vehicle for sharing this love.
