Camp Friendly Acres is a Hidden Gem
Advent Lutheran Church has a camp close by, called Camp Friendly Acres located off of Druck Valley Road here in York, PA.
Camp Friendly Acres is a 14-acre camp for all ages where you can camp overnight either inside the cabin or outside under the stars for family, adult and youth camp outs.
Camp Friendly Acres has an inside kitchen area, breezeway, fireplace, bunks room and flushable facilities.
There are many things you can do here at Camp Friendly Acres, have youth and adult retreats, special events such as Advent’s annual Easter Egg hunt for children and youth, church picnics, outdoor movie and campfire nights, church services, as well as other organizations can also use the facilities for example scout groups.
